Meditation is life changing!! I have recently started meditating. In the Raise your vibration book by Kyle Gray he speaks about meditation. From his explaining that meditation is more about clearing the junk in your head so you can focus on the important stuff than clearing it completely was eye opening. This fact made meditation possible. I don’t spend a large amount of time in meditation each time but the times I am able are so helpful. This week I have been extremely emotional and have used meditation to help refocus and tamp down some of the crazy I have felt rising. (Ladies I know yall know about those hormones 😮💨). My goal in this has been to be able to deal with it myself without having to turn to my ex for assistance. Crazy life happens here: we still live together and are raising our family together. It’s working for now. So the assistance I sometimes need from my ex is just a freaking hug (today I could use a hug). The amount of time we have been broken up I feel like I should be at a point that I’m over him but I’m not. I’ve told him countless times over the years that he is my soul mate and I stand firm on that to this day. So the hug….just a hug from him completely resets/regulates me, my whole being completely. I can get a hug from any other person in this planet and it’s not going to do what his hug does for me.
I am going to continue to work on my meditation skills and hopefully conquer the first quest of making through each day with only needing meditation and myself. That would put me 1 step closer to healing.
